...and don't forget that God offers real hope to all of us "Call to me and I will answer you ". I certainly don't always 'feel it' but I do certainly 'believe it'. When something cr*ppy happens, it's my first instincts now to call on him. He is not stingy, nor waiting to punish - in fact the opposite is true: "He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all--how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?"
